CHENG CONG FU TO RACE IN A1 KICK-OFF AT ZANDVOORT

After securing second place in the season standings in the F3 UK National class, Cheng Cong Fu is ready for the start of the new A1 GP season that will see Holland's 4.3 km Zandvoot circuit host the inaugural A1 race this week end.

Last year, more then 120.000 spectators attended the A1 race and this year, and once again, tickets are sold out for the first round of the World Cup of Motor Sport where Cheng Cong Fu will represent Team China.

Cheng Cong Fu is again considered to be the most talented Chinese driver and he has been called to carry the colours for A1 team China for the second year after already achieving valuable results for his country.

"The test sessions of the last weeks were quite positive; the team and engineer worked well and we had a good pace; I like Zandvoort circuit very much, I'm confident we can have a good race there. I'm proud to represent my country in this important competition and will do my best to bring the Chinese flag waving on the podium. With the experience achieved during the season, I feel myself ready and fit for so challenging a Series."
