Flying Lizard Qualifies 3rd and 6th in GT2 at Road America
August 20, 2005 - Elkhart Lake, WI - The Flying Lizard Motorsports No. 45 and No. 44 Porsche 911 GT3 RSRs qualified third and sixth respectively in the GT2 field today for this weekend's Generac 500 at Road America race.

Jon Fogarty commented on the session, "I'm pleased with our qualifying result for the No. 45. The car is running the best it has all weekend. Third on the grid gives us a solid starting position for the race. We've been focused on our race setup today, so we are pretty happy to be just 8/10ths of a second from the GT2 pole position."
In the No. 44, teammate Lonnie Pechnik qualified sixth in GT2. He added, "We aren't yet where we want to be in setup, but we have tomorrow's warmup for final race setup adjustments."
