American Le Mans Series: Goodyear teams grabbed three podium finishes in the 50th running of the Mobil 1 12 Hours of Sebring, including the class victory in GTS.
The Corvette Racing trio of Ron Fellows, Johnny O'Connell and Oliver Gavin won the GTS class victory after posting the fastest time among GTS qualifiers. It was the third GTS pole position for Fellows in four years and the second straight year Gavin has won the class in a Goodyear-shod car.
The Riley&Scott Racing entry driven by Jim Matthews, Guy Smith and Marc Goossens finished third overall and third in the LMP 900 class. The Dyson Racing team of James Weaver, Butch Leitzinger and Elliott Forbes-Robinson finished fourth overall and in the LMP 900 class. The Team Ascari car driven by Ben Collins, Christian Vann and Justin Wilson finished sixth overall and in the LMP 900 standings.
The AutoExe entry in the LMP 675 class finished third. Yojiro Terada, Jim Downing and John Fergus drove the car.
