Jeremy Clements Returns to Pavement After Accident

A quick note courtesy of the fine folks at the ARCA RE/MAX Series:
This day is very special for the entire JCR camp and we are very proud of both Jeremy and Patrick. It has been quite a struggle to make it to this point after that tragic July day last year but he is coming full circle and is more determined than ever to not only pick up where he left off, but be better than before. Hopefully everything falls into place for the upcoming "SK Hand Tool 200".

Clements Returns, Tests at Chicagoland; Rookie Wease Quickest

JOLIET IL (8-30-05) - In preparation for the upcoming September 10th SK Hand Tool 200 at Chicagoland Speedway, 17 ARCA RE/MAX Series teams tested Tuesday afternoon on the 1.5-mile Joliet, Illinois superspeedway. Among the testers was Spartanburg, South Carolina driver Jeremy Clements who made his first RE/MAX Series appearance since injuries sustained last summer in a late model race.

Open-wheel standout Billy Wease was quickest overall in a Penske Racing Kodak Dodge over Roush Racing development driver Erik Darnell.
