Draco J. Team ended a positive first day in Brno
The Superfund-Euro3000 Championship opens today 30th April the 2004 season in Brno (Czech Republic) with a full day of free practices. During the two sessions the Draco driver Nicky Pastorelli signed the fastest lap, to Team great satisfaction.
At the end of the day, the Italo-Dutch driver, always demanding with himself ,commented : "Maybe, I could have made better, but I have to say we work well today. We wait tomorrow morning for the last adjustements on my car, then, we'll see the qualfying".
Also the team-mate Fausto Ippoliti made a good performance : for the first time on this track with the F3000, he registred the 7° best lap: "I'm plesed with my work - he declared - it's my first time here with this one- seater, but this evening I realized the car limit on this circuit, then we'll see tomorrow to make the most of the free practice. I working on myself especially, my car have a good setup."
Nadia Morini, Financial Director, finished this first day saying: "I'm satisfied, this is the first time without Adriano Morini during 14 years of races together. He is now in Magny-Cours with Augusto Farfus as Talent Scout, and we work hard to make our best . I'm pleased with the drivers work, but I wait the qualifying. I'm also content with the Superfund job : the paddock is very well organized, there are a lot of press, tv...I see extreme professionalism ."
