The first round of the Euro 3000 Series championship programmed next 27th April at Estoril circuit (Portugal) will not take place.
This fact has been due to the decision taken by Mrs Ana Do Camara, which is the representative of the directional Staff at the circuit, and has been made known by fax which arrived on the 21st April 2003 at 03.12.28 in the afternoon (a day that everyone knows as an Italian holiday, and therefore the fax could not been replied) to the International Promotion Organization, and specifically to Mr. Pierluigi Corbari.
Every Team further received a copy of this fax that could not contain any motivation, except that it has been cancelled as occurred many years ago with the FIA F.3000 International championship when the circuit was still hosting both F.3000 and F.1.
The I.P. organization communicated that event will be recuperated at Nurburgring (Germany) on the 4th May 2003.
