EU3000: Valencia test 2006-04-24/25

Euroseries 3000: Luca Filippi back on a F.3000 car in Valencia

In the two, non official, test days, which took place in Valencia, four Euroseries 3000 and F.3000 Italian Championship teams partecipated with also the return of Luca Filippi as a special tester. The former F.3000 Italia champion, employed by Euronova to make some tests for the next race in Imola, recorded the best times in both the sessions, with an excellent 1'23"93.

Behind him the two Euronova drivers, Vitaly Petrov and Marcello Puglisi, and the two Minardi ones, Juan Caceres e Roldan Rodriguez, now ready for the debout in Imola, after missing the first round in Adria.

On the track also Autosport with Stefano Gattuso and Gavin Cronje and Avelon with Oliver Martini and Ivan Bellarosa.

Monday tests have been disturbed by a strong wind, but during the second day, the lap times immediately went quicker.
