Pantano quickest again, strong showing by Coletti

Giorgio Pantano was still the quickest in the Auto GP second testing session in Imola. The SuperNova driver shaved off another second from his previous laptime, managing an impressive 1'32"937. He did that with ease, stating that there's still room for improvement both in the car and in his driving.

Second was Fabio Onidi: always fats, the Lazarus driver was just two tenths adrift from the leader, with some problems in the second and third sector. Adrien Tambay clinched the 3 rd spot: the frenchman confirmed his good feeling with Imola, even if he never drove on the Italian track before. Adrien managed to stay in front of the championship leaders because Luca Filippi was 5th ahead of Edoardo Piscopo.

Anyway, the most impressive showing was by Coletti and Charouz-Gravity Racing. For the Monaco driver it's the first time both on the track and on the car, but despite this he was sixth, with just a one tenth gap to Piscopo. Here are his impressions on Auto GP: "It's a wonderful car, very fun to drive. The back slips a lot when you put the foot down so you have to tame it, and it's really fast. I love also the track, Imola is impressive!".

Behind Coletti, Crestani was seventh showing a good pace after a cautious first session. With 1'33"744 he was ahead of Duncan Tappy and Jan Charouz. Tenth was another newcomer, Federico Leo. The italian driver also caused the red flag that halted the session with just five minutes to go. He went off in the "Piratella" corner, forcing Trident Racing to work a lot to put his car on track in the afternoon Free Practice.
