January 8, 2001 (Anoka, MN) - Two powerful forces have joined for the 2001 NASCARâ Busch Series Season - Hoffman Enclosures announced that it has partnered with championship contender Rich Bickle and ST Motorsports.

The announcement marks the second year of Hoffman's participation in NASCAR racing. "We're really excited about working with Rich, Phil and the crew at ST Motorsports," said John Lindeen, Marketing Manager for Hoffman Enclosures, Commercial Market. "With Rich and Hammer reuniting as a team and the crew Tad has put together, the potential is there to win races and obtain a top five finish in the Busch Series points battle." Bickle and Hammer have teamed together as driver and crew chief to win more than 225 short track victories over 19 seasons.

Hoffman Enclosures, a Pentair Company, manufactures a comprehensive line of enclosures and accessories for the electrical and electronic contractor markets. Hoffman is using its comprehensive racing program to introduce their expanded line of commercial products. Included in the line are Screw Cover Pull Boxes, Current Transformer Cabinets and Wiring Troughs that offer more options for the unique applications serviced by electrical contractors. "At every race track we go to I see Hoffman electrical enclosures," said Tad Geschickter, owner of the #59 Kingsford Chevrolet Monte Carlo, "They're a sign of quality construction, and we're glad to have a such a well respected company on our car and we are excited about assisting them in their new product launch."

NASCAR race fans are encouraged to check out the Kingsford Hoffman #59 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Simulator when it hits their town. The simulator schedule will be posted on the Hoffman website: www.hoffmanonline.com/racing.
