Pharaons International Cross Country Rally

Only one month to go for the start of the first stage of "Pharaohs 2004", fourth race of the F.I.M. World Championship, which will depart Cairo on September 26th . Groundwork is at its conclusive stage with registrations increasing in view of August 31st deadline.

The start line, as tradition calls, will see the many motor bikers pass on the podium watched over by the attentive gaze of the Sphinx, with the confirmed presence of the complete Ktm team.

The car race will see around forty vehicles at the start and the great news of this year is the attendance of eight trucks which will allow the motorized giants to be admired while riding over the sand circuit of the Western Egyptian desert, a great appeal for all international pilots of this category.

The perspective of the "Pharaohs" inserted in the F.I.A. World Cup on 2005 increases international magazine heads attention up to reach the Canada and Japan TV networks which will follow their champions over the Rally 3,000 total kilometers.

Together with the racing pilots the spirit of desert adventure is renewed on the champions' traces also for the tourist raid passionate; a significant sector which gathers the off-road enthusiast willing to dare their own taste of challenge and not the race ruling chronometers.

The racing car and bikes images will be delivered in due time at the main national and international sport magazine, thanks to around thirty credited reporters coming from at least ten European and Non-European Countries.

While waiting for the entry list closing up, JVD International is ending the satellite connection groundwork, for the press room each day to be set up at the bivouac with ADSL internet connection accessible to journalists, thanks to a network ready for your computer connection.
