YORBA LINDA, Calif. -- In celebration of his 10th consecutive NHRA Funny Car Championship, John Force has resurrected the John Force Holiday Car Show benefitting the California Highway Patrol's "ChiP's for Kids" Christmas program.

More than 400 street rods, muscle cars, antique and classic cars, motorcycles, custom trucks, race cars and specialty vehicles will be on display at John Force Racing, Inc., during the one day holiday spectacular which also will feature prominent racing personalities.

In addition to Force, drag racing's biggest winner, the celebrity lineup also will include Tony and Cruz Pedregon, Gary Densham, Ron Capps, Bruce Sarver, Cory McClenathan, Scott Geoffrion, Tom "the Mongoose" McEwen, the five JFR Crew Chiefs and the "First Lady of Drag Racing," Linda Vaughn.

Entertainment will be provided by the "Mad Man Billy" band and the In N' Out Burger mobile unit will be on hand to dispense California's best hamburgers and fries.

Spectator admission fee is a new, unwrapped $10 toy to be donated to the "ChiP's for Kids" drive.

The car show also will provide a backdrop for the official grand re-opening of the expanded and remodeled John Force RaceStation Store featuring the latest in diecasts, apparel, art, videos and other souvenirs and collectibles.

Celebrities will be available for autographs and interviews and guides will provide tours of the John Force Racing shops that house the Ford Mustangs which finished first and second in the 2002 NHRA POWERade point standings -- Force's Castrol GTX Mustang and Tony Pedregon's Castrol SYNTEC Mustang -- as well as the Automobile Club of Southern California Mustang in which Gary Densham set the NHRA national speed record of 326.87 miles per hour.
