Radio Le Mans Supports Brabham's Celebrity Karting Challenge

London, UK - Tuesday 5 January, 2010; Radio Show Limited, the expert team behind Radio Le Mans, has confirmed its special support of David Brabham's Celebrity Karting Challenge 2010 at Autosport International, taking place at the NEC Birmingham (UK) on Friday 15 January.

For the first time in the charity kart race's history, all on-track action including practice, qualifying and the 90 minute endurance race, will be covered on-air with www.radiolemans.com carrying John Hindhaugh's live event commentary from 3pm.

The broadcast will allow motorsport fans across the globe to follow the on-track antics of over 80 celebrity drivers in the only UK charity event that allows members of the public the chance to battle wheel-to-wheel with their racing heroes. As well as listening to the action via www.radiolemans.com, live timing will also be simultaneously streamed worldwide online via www.tsl-timing.com.

Held primarily to raise awareness and funds for Malaria No More UK, the 2010 Celebrity Karting Challenge is hosted for the first time on a specially constructed kart circuit within Autosport International's Live Action Arena at the NEC Birmingham.

Although attracting top drivers from across all classes of motorsport, sportscar stars are turning out in force to support the event co-founded by 2009 Le Mans 24 Hours and American Le Mans Series Champion David Brabham, for what is hoped to be the biggest and best Celebrity Karting Challenge yet.

British racing legend and five-time Le Mans 24 Hours victor Derek Bell joins the event as Race Director while the likes of Allan McNish, Emanuele Pirro, Guy Smith, Marino Franchitti, Johnny Mowlem, Paul Drayson, Johnny Cocker and Rob Bell will be battling it out on-track against drivers from every echelon, from karting to bikes, rallying to Formula One.
