IMCA: Las Vegas weekend preview 2000-09-15

LAS VEGAS - The half-mile dirt oval at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be packed with racing excitement as the Speedway Casino and Cafe will host the final points night for IMCA racing on Saturday. The Southern California Super Eliminators will invade The Strip at LVMS this Saturday.

The dirt oval will be packed with racing action this Saturday as the IMCA racing season comes to an end. The track champions will be announced and awarded their prizes following the races.

A Demolition Derby also will add excitement to the night at the dirt track along with Thunderstox and Legends divisions.

Gates open at 6 p.m., and races start at 7:30. Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and military and $2 for children 6-12. Children five and under are free.

The Strip will host Toyota Supra Night along with Import racing and test-n-tune on Friday. Saturday night action will heat up with the Southern California Super Eliminator.
