F1 Academy reveals major brand refresh ahead of 2026 season

F1 Academy has unveiled a brand refresh ahead of the 2026 season.

As the all-female racing series heads into its fourth season, it has undergone a brand overhaul, moving away from the cyan blue fading into purple and pink. Now, it stands out with a bold purple base colour and white, cyan blue and hot pink accents. In addition, it features a pixelated font and an 'accelerator' icon.

The new branding will be seen across the F1 Academy social media pages and website.

“For year four, we’re stepping up a gear,” said Susie Wolff, managing director of F1 ACADEMY. “In just three seasons, we’ve built real momentum, earned global visibility, and challenged outdated perceptions of who belongs in our sport.

“F1 ACADEMY has cemented its place on the racing ladder and is already shaping the next generation of talent. Today, we unveil a bold new identity that reflects our ambition and the change we’re driving to help shape the future of our sport.”

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali added: “F1 ACADEMY has gone from strength-to-strength and achieved so much in just three years, nurturing talent from the grassroots up, growing global awareness, and breaking down barriers.

“This new brand identity defines the series as it moves forward, welcoming the next generation of drivers and fans to F1, backed by the commitment of the teams, race promoters and partners. F1 ACADEMY has demonstrated the value it brings to our sport, both on and off the track, and I know it will continue to grow and succeed.”

The F1 Academy has gone from strength to strength over the years. It has gone from starting out racing in front of empty grandstands, to being part of F1 race weekends, and the drivers graduating to move up the motorsport ladder. The most recent success story has come from 2025 champion Doriane Pin, who was confirmed as a Mercedes development driver on 21 January 2026.
