Diary Of Alex, "The Busy Bee!"
Valencia to Barcelona to London and back to Barcelona
Today, Sunday, the 10th of February, Alex Yoong is in Barcelona after travelling by rail from Valencia at the end of a four day test.
Tomorrow (Monday) he will be at the wheel of the sole KL Minardi Asiatech PS02 in Barcelona's Catalunya circuit while team mate Mark Webber takes a rest.
Tuesday morning, Alex will accompany team boss Paul Stoddart to attend the 2002 Grand Prix Party in London's Royal Albert Hall. The annual event of 'stars, cars and guitars' will as tradition dictates, raise funds for the Brain and Spine Injury Foundation charity. Webber will take over the testing duties of the PS02 from Alex on Wednesday while Alex is having a 'ball'.
Early Wednesday morning, Alex returns to Barcelona and if things go according to plans there should be two PS02s for Alex and Webber to complete Minardi's final day in Barcelona.
Thursday, Alex goes back to Faenza before joining the team in UK to fly off to Malaysia in the team's new Jumbo 747 on the 21st Feb 2002.
