Alpine will launch its 2026 Formula 1 livery during a launch event on Friday 23 January.

2026 marks the start of the French team's engine partnership with Mercedes after closing its own Renault power unit programme. "The multi-year agreement will see Mercedes-Benz supply Alpine with power units for the duration of the new regulations era, from 2026 until at least 2030," the team confirmed at the time of the announcement.

"Alongside the power unit, Alpine will also be supplied with Mercedes gearboxes from the 2026 season. The team remains focused on performing in the strongest way possible in the 2024 and 2025 seasons.”

The Alpine 2026 F1 launch event will take place on 23 January in Barcelona.

How to watch the Alpine 2026 F1 launch event

The Alpine 2026 F1 launch event will be streamed live on the team's YouTube channel.

Alpine will continue with its current driver line-up of Frenchman Pierre Gasly and Argentine driver Franco Colapinto in 2026, both of whom are expected to be present at the event.

 

"I want to win next year," Gasly told Rolling Stone. "That’s the only thing that I want. And I really believe in the team and the staff we have at the factory. I really believe that we have the ingredients to be successful in Formula One. And I really hope that from next year onward, we can start fighting for podiums and I can get my second race win."

Other F1 2026 liveries

Alpine will become the seventh team to unveil its 2026 livery following launch events from Red Bull, Racing Bulls, Haas, Audi, Mercedes and Ferrari

Williams will hold its event on 3 February, Cadillac on 8 February, followed by McLaren and Aston Martin on 9 February.
