Test programme/Remarks: Nick worked on the set-up of the car. In addition, the team did some aerodynamic evaluations. On his first day in the interim car Robert concentrated mainly on getting used to all systems and making some minor set-up adjustments.
What comes next: Tomorrow, Nick and Robert will complete the four day test.
Robert Kubica:
"Today a dream became true for me. Everything is new and exciting, I'm really happy to drive for the BMW Sauber F1 Team. I took it easy today, it's just the beginning, and I have a lot to learn. It's fun to drive in a Formula One car on the Barcelona track with its fast corners where you can really feel the G forces."
