The moment when racing's new era, tech upgrades, and stars take off

Cadillac announced the release of the 685-horsepower CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series during the Autosport Business Exchange Miami ahead of the 2026 Miami Grand Prix.

Developed in collaboration with Formula 1, the CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series is limited to just 26 units as a nod to the year that the American outfit made its debut in the championship.

It also features various racing-inspired accents, including a stamped F1 logo on the driver's door, F1 and FIA logos on the spoiler, the FIA logo on the carbon fibre rocker panels and an embossed F1 logo on the seat headrests, among others.

"Well, there's so much happening here, but one of the things we're excited about, we're going to be able to give you a quick sneak peek at the Cadillac CT5 Blackwing," General Motors CEO Mary Barra said during ABX Miami.

"We're doing an F1 Collector's Edition in partnership with our partner, and also F1 and FIA."

Barra added: "We'll be sharing more about this vehicle over the weekend. It'll be on the track, it'll be on display, and we're really proud of the partnership."

The announcement of the CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series comes ahead of the American squad's first home grand prix in Miami.

General Motors president Mark Reuss added in a press release: "The CT5-V Blackwing embodies the very best of Cadillac track-capable performance. With the F1 Collector Series, we’re channeling the energy and innovation of Formula 1 into a road-ready sedan that feels every bit as special as our entry into the sport.

"Each of the 26 vehicles is curated to be a centerpiece in any collection and a true celebration of Cadillac’s new era in Formula 1."

In addition to the nods to F1, the CT5-V Blackwing also comes with an impressive performance package. The 6.2-litre supercharged V8 produces 685 horsepower with 673 lb ft of torque, making it the most powerful Blackwing model. The F1 Collector Series comes complete with a six-speed manual transmission.
