Campos Meta F1 team confirmed today that Dallara is its exclusive constructor for the 2010 Formula One season, in spite of rumours suggesting that the Italian company had been engaged by Stefan GP to build a car for that team.
"The agreement among Dallara Automobili S.p.a. and Campos Meta 1 F1 Team for the construction and development of the Campos Meta F1 car for 2010 season is in place as agreed when contract was signed back at the beginning of 2009," said the Pedro Gonzalez Odena in communicating the team's official stance.
The team also confirmed the agreement between itself and Cosworth for the supply of engines for the 2010 season.
However, while Dallara cannot act as the constructor for multiple teams, it would be able to provide other, more limited engineering or design services to other teams.
"Campos Meta 1 does not have any information about agreements among its suppliers and third parties," said Gonzalez Odena.
