The surface is very bumpy and, because this is not a permanent race track, the surface will be dirty when we first start to run. "The Montreal track is a medium-downforce, heavy-braking circuit. Most teams that attended the recent Monza test, including BAR Honda, were making preparations for the upcoming German and Italian Grands Prix, but also took the opportunity to work on their set-ups for Canada. We certainly added to the data we have already accumulated from our computer simulation work. We want to lay the ghost of Monaco to rest in Montreal. With our reliability now sorted, we need to show that we can be consistently there with Williams vying for the places immediately behind the leading two teams."
