Day two of testing at Mugello for the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro team. Rubens Barrichello and Luca Badoer both concluded their stints. Today's programme was about testing tyres and electronics. Barrichello went out at 9.30 and finished at 16.45, whereas Badoer drove from 13.30 to 17.20.
Barrichello completed 81 laps, with a best time of 1'23"500. Badoer did 38 laps and his best time was 1'23"640. The team test driver also did some practice starts as well. They used F2001 cars and they had no technical problems.
Tomorrow Rubens Barrichello will be at Maranello for the presentation of the new Ferrari. At Mugello the two test drivers, Luca Badoer and Luciano Burti will continue with their test schedule.
