Third and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working once again today at the Paul Ricard - HTTT circuit at Le Castellet, in the South of France.

As yesterday, Michael Schumacher and Felipe Massa continued with Bridgestone tyre development, with both men at the wheel of a 248 F1. In contrast to the two previous days, the two Ferrari men ran on a different layout of the circuit, the 2A-SC, chosen to simulate the characteristics of the circuits which will be used over the next few weeks. Apart from tyres, the two drivers also worked on development of aerodynamic and mechanical solutions.

The day in figures is as follows: 117 laps for Felipe (best time 1:06.470) and 147 for Michael (1:06.517.) With testing over, the Scuderia will be back on track on Tuesday 25th July at Fiorano, for the shakedown of the cars that will be used in the German Grand Prix, scheduled to take place at the Hockenheim circuit on 30th July: Luca Badoer will be at the wheel.
