The two Ferrari drivers tested differing configurations in FP1 as they prepare their cars for the race weekend ahead. Vettel sports a floor with six slots ahead of the rear wheel, the latter being an L-shaped slot.

Raikkonen's car has been outfitted with a new diffuser, as the team experiments with an entirely new solution, gathering data ahead of the introduction of its new car in 2018. The diffuser follows a trend seen elsewhere up and down the pitlane, whereby the detachable Gurney tabs form the outer walled section of the diffuser.
