Honda's latest F1 upgrade shifts the focus onto Red Bull
Honda is introducing its third Formula 1 engine specification of the season at this weekend's French Grand Prix, proving how relentless it is prepared to be in its quest to make up ground on Mercedes and Ferrari at the front of the grid.
Speaking from France, Edd Straw and Scott Mitchell explain why this 'spec 3' engine has been introduced so early in the season, the gains Honda believes it has found, and how the Japanese manufacturer's rapid rate of development puts more focus on Red Bull to bring car upgrades that can get it on terms with Mercedes in an area where it has usually excelled.
