LUCA BADOER Chassis 01 19th 11 laps time: 1:25,348 "All things considered, we managed to obtain more or less what we expected from this qualifying session. Actually, we hoped to achieve a better result and we were not so far from this; that's why it was really a shame to hit the barriers at the chicane. I think the track was dirty when I passed and I, therefore, lost control of my car. I switched to the T-car but its set -up was not as good as my car."
MARC GENE' Chassis 04 20th 12 laps time: 1:25,695 "Today was not very good. At the Parabolica I experienced a lot of understeer and I therefore lost almost two or three tenths. Towards the end of the session, I tried to do a last run but I was not able to improve. No, I don't feel very satisfied with the today's session."
GIAN CARLO MINARDI: "Luca posted his best lap time in 1:25.3 which I think is the best result we could achieve on this track. It is incredible what the other cars managed to do in the last session. Both our drivers scored good lap times improving steadily since Friday's free practice until today's qualifying and we can consider ourselves fairly satisfied."
