The OrangeArrows team had a productive day today as they continued their test schedule with both Jos Verstappen and Enrique Bernoldi in action.

In a packed day’s programme, Enrique focused on the team’s tyre tests, completing most of his laps in the morning session. The long runs proved useful, as the team was able to gather valuable data to evaluate the compounds for the Canadian and French Grands Prix. Jos carried out some aerodynamic tests on his car and worked with the team on set-up in the dry conditions. A few minor problems in the afternoon cut short running, but overall, the team were happy with the progress made. Jos Verstappen was pleased with the final day’s work… “I’m reasonably happy with today’s work. I had a few problems part way through, but nothing too serious. We tried a few different things to improve the car which I hope will help. I think we’ve learned some useful things for Canada and need to look into that now.” The team now returns to the factory to prepare for the long-haul flight for

next weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix.
