The Canadian Grand Prix gave Michael Schumacher three lucky sevens and this weekend's Belgian race could give the reigning champion three more. Schumacher took his seventh win of this season at Montreal, his 77th career victory and it was the seventh time he had won the Canadian GP.

Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix is GP number 700 for Ferrari and if Schumacher wins, it will be his seventh world title and his seventh victory at Spa.
"These sound like good numbers to me," Schumacher told reporters at Spa. "Usually, when good numbers come up in my career, I have a good race so I hope I am lucky again this weekend."
Schumacher's Formula One debut was at Spa was with Jordan in 1991 and something he remembers clearly. "That is still my strongest memory of this place," he said.
"I was in the Jordan and I got to learn the track and the car quicker than I had expected. I particularly remember going through Eau Rouge with the car stuck to the track, but the wheels almost off the ground. It was a big emotion and an incredible feeling."
Eau Rouge is the corner everyone talks about at Spa and Schumacher jokingly described his way of tackling it. "Spa requires a compromise between the high and low speed corners and also has many 'combination corners' such as Stavelot, Eau Rouge and Pouhon. How do I tackle Eau Rouge? I close my eyes and go through it!"
Only Schumacher's teammate, Rubens Barrichello, can prevent the reigning champion taking his seventh title on Sunday but the odds are in Michael's favour. "It is no secret that I am pretty close to the title," he said. "So I am relaxed and can enjoy myself and just try and win the race."
