Paul Ricard test day two

F1 teams Ferrari (Michael Schumacher) and Panasonic Toyota Racing (Jarno Trulli / Ricardo Zonta) continued their tests on the 3E SC - short track solution (3.254 km) at the Paul Ricard HTTT with a cloudy sky, and a rain shower in the afternoon.

Michael Schumacher joined the Ferrari team for two days to continue the tyre program. Panasonic Toyota Racing continued their preparation for the European Grand Prix with Ricardo Zonta, and tested on the new B-car package with Jarno Trulli, who completed the greatest number of laps (136).

German Michael Schumacher signed the best lap time in 00:58.297[*], improving of 19/100 yesterday's best time (Ricardo Zonta) on the same track solution.

Both F1 teams will be present tomorrow for their last test day. If Michael Schumacher (Ferrari) and Ricardo Zonta (Panasonic Toyota Racing) will be present, Ralf Schumacher will take over from Jarno Trulli at the wheel of the Panasonic Toyota Racing car.
