As reported by Motorsport.com on Tuesday, the Italian squad will take to Fiorano on 1-2 August to start working on next year's rubber.

However, Ferrari will carry out wet-tyre testing only, with the track artificially dampened.

The Maranello squad will used a modified Ferrari SF15-T car for the test.

Red Bull will be in charge of testing slicks on 3-4 August at the Mugello circuit, also with a modified 2015 car.

The third test with modified 2015 machinery will be at Paul Ricard in September, with Mercedes in charge of testing duties.

Each team will undertake the testing equivalent to seven days per car and will be obliged to share all the data gathered with the other teams.

In total there will be 10 days of testing, including a final session to validate all the data with the three teams in Abu Dhabi in November.
