Rosberg under investigation over radio rules breach
Nico Rosberg's second place finish in the British Grand Prix is under investigation for a potential breach by Mercedes of Formula 1's team radio rules.

The German suffered a gearbox problem at the end of lap 46, and he received instructions from the pit wall to help him overcome the issues.
Such advice appeared to be in breach of F1's team radio restrictions, where drivers are only supposed to receive instructions when a car-stopping problem is imminent.
"We have to wait what the FIA said," said Mercedes boss Toto Wolff. "I think with the radio communications we know what is allowed and what is not, it was about to fail the gearbox, so we think it should be okay. We have to wait for the decision."
Red Bull boss Christian Horner added: "It is pretty clear in the rules. What you have to ask, what would Rosberg's finish have been without those instructions. It's been reported to the stewards and they will deal with it."
As Motorsport.com revealed earlier this week, the FIA had told teams ahead of the Silverstone weekend that it was getting tougher on what they could tell drivers.
It was made clear that any breaches of the regulations would be reported to the stewards for potential punishment.
Mercedes' behaviour was duly reported to the stewards by F1 race director Charlie Whiting, and an investigation will be held by the stewards.
