Super Aguri has announced that the launch of the SA07 will be delayed by a couple of days until March 14th. The new car was originally due to be presented in Tokyo on the 12th but the team said the SA07 will not be 'available', as they are still working to prepare it.
The rescheduled launch will now take place on the Wednesday prior to the Australian Grand Prix, in the Albert Park pit lane in front of the Super Aguri garage. Drivers Takuma Sato and Anthony Davidson will be on hand to unveil the SA07 at 16.30 (local time).
Over the winter the team has been testing an interim chassis but usually with only one car and one driver at work. Sato was on duty the last week in Bahrain. "We still have a lot of work to do, but we have completed some good preparation work and have a good understanding of the Bridgestone Potenza tyres," he said.
