Why F1 has delayed releasing its 2021 rules overhaul

Formula 1's bosses were hoping to have the details of its planned major changes for 2021 finalised by the end of this month, but after frantic discussions failed to produce an agreement between the teams and the other major stakeholders, a delay until October was agreed.

Ben Anderson and Stuart Codling join Glenn Freeman to explain what has caused the delay, as well as looking at if this is an impossible task, and if the likely outcome will be a watered-down set of changes for 2021
