Incoming driver Valtteri Bottas and Pastor Maldonado were on hand for the presentation, as was Susie Wolff, the team's development driver.

Although officially an evolution from last year's FW34, a full 80% of the 2013 car is new.

“Given the rule stability over the winter, I’m pleased with the gains that we’ve been able to make with this car,” said Williams’ technical director, Mike Coughlan. “It’s a better, more refined Formula One car than the FW34 and I think everyone involved in the project can feel proud of the work they’ve done.”

Pastor Maldonado is scheduled to be the first to try the car during this week's pre-season testing in Barcelona with Bottas taking over driving duties on Wednesday. The pair will share the car on Thursday and Friday.
