Simon Munger: "Alex did his 1m 31.030s in the morning damp session when in comparison, the Ferrari was in the 29s. In the afternoon, when it was dry, Alex developed gear box problems before going out for his quick timed runs and had to stop. In barely 20 odd laps, Alex did some some startline practices and tyre changes which would be useful for his debut Monza race."

Alex Yoong: "Mugello today was not so good as we developed gearbox leak in the morning and then a bigger problem in the afternoon. Anyway whatever runs I did would all add up for my first race preparation in 2 weeks time. I am really looking forward to it. In the meantime, I'm heading back for a really big MAGNUM party in Kuala Lumpur on the 7th Sep. It's going to be a good outing for all, right in the centre of the KL's shopping haven called Bintang Walk."
