The F1 summer break is meant to provide some much needed downtime for teams and staff, but as usual, nothing stops the relentless push for performance. Ferrari were looking to make the most of a low drag set up to maximise their power advantage, with rear wing experimentation from Mercedes and Red Bull to try and keep up. Renault looked to address drag issues with a rear endplate change, taking note of Red Bulls design philosophy.
