Since the early days of F1, teams have strived to push their cars to the limits by improving their aerodynamics, often by adding new components. But sometimes, these new parts can have negative effects, or be dangerous, or just down right ugly, so in come the FIA to sort things out. In this episode of Banned, we take a look at the various wings we've seen on F1 cars, from X-Wings to midwings to rear wings and everything inbetween, and why we (mostly) don't see them on today's cars.
