Formula 1: Binotto says consecutive poles not representative of Ferrari's pace

Ferrari Team Principal, Mattia Binotto, believes the teams back to back pole positions in Monaco and Azerbaijan are not a true reflection of its place in the current Formula 1 pecking order.
