Tyrrell shocked the Formula 1 world when it launched its six-wheeled P34 in the 1970s. The car won a race in 1976 before struggling to remain competitive, and Giorgio Piola was given a tremendous level of access to the design to create his detailed drawings of the cars at the time. In this video Piola talks about what it was like working with the help of Tyrrell designer Derek Gardner, and why the results were some of the drawings he is most proud of from his extensive career in the F1 paddock.
