Formula 1's only American team's fourth season, on-track and off it, has so far been nothing short of a star-spangled disaster. Drivers Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen have scored just 16 points between and are only ahead of Williams in the constructors' at present despite flashes of performance, a number of collisions and difficulty in working the tyres have hindered them massively.
