F1 teams are awfully innovative when it comes to giving their cars the upper hand, which normally leads to two ideas from their rivals - "Can we copy it?" or "Can we get it banned?" Enter McLaren's infamous 2010 F-Duct, where teams sought to recreate the concept for themselves before the FIA put their foot down on the pipework idea.
