Richelmi Best Rookie in Alcaniz tests turn with Draco: the Monegasque driver closes in 2nd position the afternoon session. Good Ramos in his debut at WS Renault 3.5
At the Draco box, for the second day of collective test at the Circuit of Motorland at Alcaniz in Spain, there are today the two challengers of the Italian F.3 Championship: Cesar Ramos, current leader of the 2010 season, and Stephane Richelmi.
Richelmi immediately made a good impression with a time of 1'44"079 in the first hour, then improved throughout the morning with a lap of 1'43"177 that has secured the 5th place in the standings. Ramos-is twelfth to the end of the morning and he closes the round with 1'43"779 and 49 laps.
In the afternoon, Richelmi goes on track around 15.30, because after the tests in the morning, the team decided to change the engine of his car for an abnormal oil pressure. The driver of Monaco surprises very positively the Draco Team with an excellent performance, climbing the standings and winning the 2nd place with 1'43 "207. Richelmi is also the best rookie of the session test.
Ramos initially is tenth in the afternoon with 1'44"718 and he improves his time closing with 1'43"955 (13th). The Brazilian has not used very well the new tires, but the team is satisfy for his performance today, taking into account that this was his debut in this league.
