IGNITION OF THE MOTOR FOR SEASON 2007

This week, Barcelona will play host to the first collective testing sessions of the 2007 World Series by Renault season. The Dallara-Renault cars will be in the Circuit of Montmelò on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 March.

According to the characteristics and the mild climate, the circuit is one of the racetracks more used for the tests of the teams in winter and during the year. The beautiful Spanish circuit is chosen in order to inaugurate championship 2007 and in order to conclude it, judging drivers and teams at first and celebrating the champion World Series 2007 at the end of the championship.

The circuit of Catalogna is situated in Mas la Morenta near Montmelò, twenty kilometres to the northeast of Barcelona, and it is one of the circuits mainly appreciates to the drivers for its articulation and for its straightes who finish with sufficiently wide and fast curves.

NADIA MORINI TEAM MANAGER DRACO:

"We have worked hardly and now we take an holiday. We are all tired and we need to be in racetracks because that is our place. The circuit is beautiful and we hope in two sun days to have the opportunity to take advantage of this first session of tests. I don't portend the result, even if we will give the maximum. We will see as the first day will go and then we will reflect to the end of the session."
