Magny Cours: Event preview

The Superfund World Series by Nissan visits the new Circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours and Franck Montagny, the French RenaultF1 test driver, and current leader of the Series, hopes to sign another double win and establish a new lap record for the Series. Montagny has a clear advantage from the second driver in the overall, the BMW WilliamsF1 reserve driver, Marc Gene.

F1 refugee Enrique Bernoldi will have a new driver in the GD Racing, the French F3 frontrunner Mathieu Zangarelli, who has signed a three-meeting deal with the Italian squad.

The arrival of the World Series to France is more special than ever because in this edition of the 2003 there is a great harvest of French drivers. In total, there are about seven French drivers seeking for a victory back home. This year France is represented by: Stephane Sarrazin, Didier Andre, Bruno Besson, Jean Christophe Ravier, Bruce Jouanny, Mathieu Zangarelli and the current leader of the Series, Franck Montagny.

Teams tested new track
Many teams had had the occasion to test the new layout in the Magny-Cours Circuit. Last 5th of May a private practice took place at Magny-Cours with the participation of Epsilon-Euskadi, Gabord Competicion, Repsol Racing for Spain, Saulnier Racing, RC Motorsport and GD Racing.

Mathias Lauda tests the World Series Light single-seater in Magny-Cours

Mathias Lauda (Vergani Formula) will be in charge of the first dynamic test of the all-new WSL3 single-seater from the World Series Light. The International media and guests will have unique opportunity to attend this launch.

The World Series Light category debuts in Albacete the next 8th of June.
