Vaxiviere, who ran in the team's only test entry on both days, set a 1m27.331s in the morning session, which stood for the remainder of the Day 2 running.
Day 1 pacesetter Yu Kanamaru was three tenths off in second, while his newcomer teammate Matevos Isaakyan made up the top three, 0.02s behind the Japanese driver.
Jake Hughes kicked off his second day with Strakka by taking fourth place, while Louis Deletraz took fifth for Fortec.
After placing 10th in the morning, F3 ace George Russell led much of the afternoon session, but was dethroned by Isaakyan in the final minutes.
AVF regular Alfonso Celis took third, while Egor Orudzhev and Lotus tester Kevin Jorg completed the top five as the final drivers to dip below 1m29s in the second session, one in which none of the 17 racers present beat their earlier benchmarks.
