Team BRM move to Sydney's Oran Park Raceway for testing on Thursday 3rd July, prior to the 5th round of the Australian Formula 3 Championship also to be run at Oran Park. The round will be held 11th - 13th July.

The team will be taking 2 cars to the test, both of which will be driven by "young gun" Karl Reindler. This test will be Reindler's first visit to the New South Wales track and he will be looking at gaining some valuable experience on the track before the 5th round of the Championship.

Reindler's team mate, New Zealander, Matt Fitzgerald is unable to make it to the test due to a heavy work schedule, however he drove at Oran Park last year.

The car used by Darren Palmer for the first 4 rounds will be taken to Oran Park and Karl will drive both cars to maximise data collection. Engineer Craig Rundle who drove at Adelaide Clipsal 500 will also test the former Palmer car.
