The Swede follows in the footsteps of previous winners like Lewis Hamilton, Nico Hulkenberg and Max Verstappen and succeeds last year’s winner, GP2 racer Antonio Giovinazzi.
The foundation of his win was laid at the start as Eriksson went first into the Tarzan corner with Kari behind him.
Eriksson’s Motopark teammate got the best getaway of all, passing Van Amersfoort Racing's Callum Ilott at the start.
The British driver, who lost a potential lead in the Saturday race due to a bad start, had to defend from a charging Sette Camara.
The third Motopark driver started from fifth, overtook Hitech GP’s Alex Albon and found a way alongside Ilott on the second lap of the race.
Eriksson’s lead never got any larger than two seconds with the front runners lapping equally around the Dutch race track.
Sette Camara meanwhile was defending his podium position from Ilott, the VAR driver always within a second of the Brazilian, but was unable make move stick.
Up ahead, Eriksson passed the chequered flag after 25 laps with a 0.8s lead over Kari, with Sette Camara managing to hold off Ilott for third.
Behind, Albon completed the top five and finished in front of Van Amersfoort Racing drivers Pedro Piquet and Anthoine Hubert.
Alessio Lorandi finished in eighth, just ahead of Sam MacLeod, who had passed David Beckmann for ninth with four laps to go.
