D: Jonathan Summerton Zandvoort summary

Starting the weekend as one of the fastest drivers at the seaside resort of Zandvoort in the Netherlands Jonathan Summerton quickly learnt this difficult track. Qualifying late on Friday saw Jonathan with 2 seventh place starts as the team struggled to find a better set up.

When race time came Jonathan was unable to better his starting place despite battling for the full event, thus finishing 7th. In the second race of the weekend he started 7th and dropped back after picking the wrong group to follow. He then battled again missing several offs and crashes but managing to hold on to 10th at the checkered, gaining some precious points.

After the race Jonathan said he was disappointed that our team went slower and for the final race changed to the wrong gears. Hopefully they will get it correct for the final weekend.
