Hungaroring: Trident Racing qualifying report

Third row for Gimmi

A very committed Gimmi Bruni placed his Trident Racing on the third row of tomorrow race starting grid. Andreas Zuber will start more behind, from P19. Today qualify demonstrated, one more time, the absolutely outstanding competitiveness level of GP2 Series, with fifteen drivers in just one second. Gimmi took P6 but Premat, fifth, has been sanctioned of a ten position penalty, because of the contact he had with Yoshimoto during last Sunday race. So tomorrow Gimmi will start from P5.

Gimmi Bruni # 26 - fifth position
"Today I could have taken the first row but a yellow flag and the traffic slowed me to P6. Putting together my three best sectors, in fact, I should be second. But it's alright even like this, because I gained a position thanks to the penalty given to Premat. For the race the right strategy will be paramount, and I will do my best in the cockpit to reach the podium. At the end of the day starting from P5 is not that bad".

Andreas Zuber # 27 - nineteenth position
"I fought against the oversteer during the whole session. This did not let me drive in the way I like. In GP2 the gaps between us the drivers are a matter of hundredth more than tenth of a second so my P19 is easily explained. For tomorrow it will be hard, I only hope nobody will push me out, because I am sure that if I will be able to finish the race I will demonstrate something good anyway".
