STUNNING VALLES AT MONACO
Just two weeks ago Valles got for the first time inside the cockpit of the new GP2/08 within BCN Competicion box at Istanbul. After treasuring of the Turkish weekend to get to know the single seater, the Spanish driver showed today the real potential of the new team by getting a promising fourth place in Monaco's qualifying, on one of the most demanding circuits in the world.
Right from this morning's free practice Valles proved to be very competitive by scoring the eighth place, which forerun a good performance in qualifying. In fact, BCN technicians decided not to perform any intervention on the car's setup.
Milos Pavlovic is late instead and will be forced to start from the twenty-first position in race one's grid.
