Hyman, 20, led the team's efforts in all three pre-season GP3 tests, ending up fifth-fastest on the final day of testing in Valencia.

The South African was third in BRDC Formula 4 in 2014 and graduated to European F3 a year later, but did not race anywhere full-time in 2016.

Siebert, who completed two of the three GP3 tests in the top 10, will enter the series as the only F4 graduate in the field.

The Argentinian raced in Formula Renault 2.0 in 2013, but made a step back to enter Italian F4 in 2015 and finished fifth there.

He continued in the series a year later and became champion, beating Mick Schumacher by 15 points.

Hyman and Siebert will join the previously-announced Julien Falchero at Campos, with the Spanish fielding a full-rookie line-up.

With Hyman and Siebert now officially confirmed, GP3 is set to kick off its 2017 season with 19 drivers on 13-14 May in Barcelona.
